“I hesitate to review this place just to try and keep it my own little secret. It's a secluded, low occupancy hotel, with beautiful pool and lagoon. It's not right on the beach, but it's close, and its so peaceful that you wouldn't want it to change. The staff is wonderful. Get a dome room and you'll have your own private little hammock and fire pit. My 5 days here were perhaps the most relaxing vacation I've ever had.”

“Overall, my experience at this hotel was excellent. Everything felt very well taken care of, and the staff—although a small team—were incredibly kind, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. The property itself is beautiful, with a very relaxing atmosphere. It’s clearly designed for couples or anyone looking to truly disconnect and unwind. I would especially recommend staying in the “dome” rooms, which offer a unique and memorable experience. Getting there is not the easiest, as the access road is sandy and somewhat challenging. However, once you arrive, it truly feels like a hidden paradise, well worth the journey. One of the highlights is the beach—practically untouched and pristine. There are very few people around, which makes it incredibly peaceful and perfect for fully relaxing and disconnecting. That said, I do have a few suggestions that I believe could enhance the overall guest experience: First, the ambiance is perhaps too quiet at times. While the tranquility is part of the charm, introducing one or two hours per day of more upbeat music around the pool could create a nice balance and elevate the energy without disrupting the peaceful vibe. Second, I noticed the hotel has a pizza oven that is not being used. This feels like a missed opportunity. Offering a casual lunch option—especially using the oven—could add a lot of value to the F&B experience and keep guests engaged on property. Lastly, I had asked if I could invite two friends to visit me at the hotel. The idea was to spend time together using the facilities and, of course, consuming at the restaurant and bar. I was informed they would need to purchase a day pass. While I understand policies, this felt overly restrictive—especially considering the hotel’s quiet nature and the fact that I was already a guest. In the end, we decided to go elsewhere, which resulted in lost F&B revenue for the hotel. A more flexible approach in situations like this could benefit both the guest experience and the hotel’s revenue. Overall, a beautiful property with great service, and with a few adjustments, it could become an even more exceptional destination”

“Incredible place. Peaceful. Beautiful setting, especially in the domes with a view of the water (La Poza). Excellent food, good service overall though a bit slow at times. The domes are really awesome, especially with the gas fire pits. Amazing waking up to the birds. Only suggestion? A little work on the rooms would easily command a higher price. A bit musty smelling inside. That said, we loved it and we will be back!”

“The two desk ladies Sarah and Acucena were so sweet and helpful. We loved being g off the beaten path. You definitely need to rent a car as there’s nothing in walking distance. The ground were clean as was the hotel. The pool was so nice. It was pretty empty during our stay so it was quiet. I think that the restaurant could do/offer more or better options. More vegetarian options and may e smoothies or bowls. If you want a quiet and peaceful place to stay in a pristine location I recommend here. There’s no swimming in the ocean in todos santos so recommend a day trip to La Paz or Cerritos.”
